My sister is 16 years old, 5’9, and around 90 lbs, with approximately 40 of those pounds going towards her enormous boat feet.
I am guessing foot size is the only similarity she will share with Paris Hilton (seriously, the girl’s all over the size 10s), but now with P’s new shoe line hitting stores this month, I’m not so sure.
I was never one to go for the celeb fashion lines. I can skip the Jessica Simpson bath products and the SJP hoodies and whatever Beyoncé is working on this minute.
But over Christmas, I peeked into my sister’s room and I realized they—the celebs, their ever persistent marketers—had gotten her.
J.Lo “Glow” lotion? Check.
Britney Spears fragrances? Check.
If Zac Efron made eyeliner, I’m sure she’d have that too.
Now I have to worry about Paris having greater access to girl closets everywhere?
Forget about global CO2 warnings.
With millions of newly recruited foot soldiers, now, more than ever, it looks like the world’s “Paris footprint” just got a little bigger.
What’s a big sister to do?
